🚚 Shipping, Returns & Cancellation (Quick Facts)
Shipping: Flat shipping charge of PKR 100 across Pakistan. Orders are verified by call or message before shipping (except Sundays & government holidays).
- COD delivery: 4–6 days
- Online paid orders: 3–5 days
Returns & Exchanges: 15-day window for wrong or damaged items. An unboxing video is required for all returns/exchanges. Refunds (after deducting shipping) are issued within 1–2 business days after inspection.
Cancellation: Online paid orders must notify within 3 hours. COD orders within 24 hours or during verification call. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
