Our Shipping Policy

At Zeri-Meri, we aim to deliver your favorite kids’ clothing and baby accessories safely and as quickly as possible. Every order is handled with care to ensure a smooth delivery experience across Pakistan.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after successful order verification.

  • Order verification is mandatory for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — our support team will call or message you for confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • We charge a flat Rs. 100 as shipping charges on all orders across Pakistan.

  • However, we often run promotions that make it sound like free shipping for our valued customers.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


3. Delivery Time

We always try to ensure timely and safe delivery for every order.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: 4–6 working days

  • Online Paid Orders: 3–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city, courier service, or external factors like weather or strikes.


4. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with the most reliable courier companies in Pakistan to ensure your parcels reach you safely and on time:

Our main shipping aggregators are PostEx and Leopard.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or through our customer support team.


6. Allow to Open Before Payment

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer a “Allow to Open Before Payment” policy.
You can open the parcel in front of the delivery rider to check the product’s quality before making payment.
This policy helps build trust and ensures a risk-free shopping experience for our customers.


7. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
If your area is not serviceable by our partner couriers, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.


8. Delays and Issues

Although we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Government holidays or strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us so we can assist you immediately.


9. Wrong or Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Retun & Refund Policy

At Zeri-Meri, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We make sure every product goes through strict quality checks before being packed and shipped. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’re always ready to help you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for our customers.

You can request a return if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.

Important:
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a proper unboxing video of the product clearly showing the issue. Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong size.

Unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests as well.

If your exchange request is approved, we’ll ship the replacement product once the original item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refund Policy

In case of an approved return, the refund amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 1 to 2 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer as per the customer’s preference.

Allow to Open Before Payment

We allow customers to open the parcel before payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. You can check your product and its quality before paying the rider. This policy helps us build trust and ensures a safe buying experience for every customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Baby feeders and nipples

  • Reusable diapers (once used)

  • Bottle warmers (if used)

  • Personal care items

Please make sure to check the product before use to avoid inconvenience.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (Rs. 100) are non-refundable, except in cases where a wrong or damaged product was delivered by our team.
